Jewelery company requires Casting All Rounder. Candidates with the jewellery background
will be entertained. Salary will be 12K
pm . Only Male candidates are eligible for this post. Qualification not in
issue.
Should
have deep knowledge of casting process.
· Should
have knowledge of wax pulling, cleaning, tree making.
· Through
knowledge of mechanical finishing such as grinding, tumbling, stripping and
bombing.
Experience on different makes of Jewelery
casting machines i.e. Yasui – (KT17, K2), Indutherm, Galloni -
J15, memco, neutec and gelloni, Indian pouring machine.
· Responsible to lead casting department in
variety of activities in casting gold platinum and silver Jewelry.
· To keep the track on technical aspects in
the casting process, for the quality, quantity and the timely response to
urgent export orders (i.e. investment powders, investment cycles, burnout cycles,
casting parameters, casting metal and alloys etc.)
· Experience on different makes of Jewelry
casting machines i.e. Indian Pouring Machine, yasui.
Job summary
1. Supervise the whole Casting process of production
2. Daily analysis of production achievement on and execution of production plan to enhance productivity.
3. Implement preventive maintenance plans for all machines in coordination
with the maintenance dept.
4. Inventory Management by timely generation of reports to reduce wastage
through right use of consumables.
5. Motivate, train and guide the manpower in production.
6. Generation of timely MIS reports regarding production, productivity,
raw materials, maintenance etc..
7. Continuous R&D for better quality and accelerated productivity by
reading technical research papers, books, attending seminars, exhibitions and
interacting with experts from the same work area.
8. Plant management by ensuring proper discipline, safety at work place,
cleanliness.
