from Mumbai, which is Jewellery Retail Store, requires Counter Sales.
1-3 years of experience in jewellery field. Male/ Female candidates
can apply for this post. Salary will be 10,000-15,000 .Candidates
should have pleasing personality, polish with good manners and addicts.
JOB PROFILE:
·
Knowledge of Diamonds, Jewellery and
Gemstones is must.
·
Communication skills should be strong.
·
Over see the correct stock levels,
merchandise presentation, signing and pricing of merchandise throughout the
store, i.e. ensure the updating of price changes, correct advertising signs,
and follow through with department managers.
·
Interaction with category of Diamonds,
Jewellery and Gemstones.
·
Take care of the customer by communicating,
observing and evaluating the service level to ensure customer service meets
company expectations.
·
Responsible for controlling shrink by
training, communicating, observing and evaluating the execution of shrink
control measures by department managers. Assist in managing the physical
inventory.
·
Over see merchandising throughout the
store improve inventory turns maintain in stock position and displays.
·
Maintain role of opening and closing the
store.
·
Cultivate a safely culture by ensuring
that the department Managers drive safety in their areas. Ensure the safely and
cleanliness of the sales department to minimize risk. Ensure all associates
follow proper procedures for operating store equipment.
·
Follow and adhere to store budget under
direction of Store Manager and Area Manager and do everything possible to help
store meet or exceed the plan.
·
Checkout (Generating the bill for the
customers).
·
Taking Stock take’s Everyday of
Diamonds, Jewellery and Gemstones.
·
Handling of cash point and customer
Queries
Preliminary
