Floor Supervisor

 

Our valued client from Mumbai, which is Jewellery Retail Store, requires Floor Supervisor. 3-5 years of experience in jewellery field. Male /Female candidates can apply for this post. Salary will be depending upon earlier experience.

 

Job Description

·         Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan.

·         Training and supervision of store staff.

·         Plan and direct store operations.

·         Inventory control and security.

·         Responsible for upkeep of stores.

·         Ensure exceptional customer service by store staff.

Desired Profile:

·         Strictly from Jewellery background.

·         Working hours: 10:30am to 8:30pm.

·         Week off: One specific day between Monday –Thursday.

·         Fri, Sat & Sun compulsory attendance.

·         Location: Bandra / Western Suburbs / Opera House.

·         3 year growth plan with highly attractive salary + incentives & other benefits.
