The Candidates Responsibility :
	Manual designing of jewelry, scaling & finalization.       Create new designs for various product ranges.       Planning and coordinating sampling activities.       Develops innovative product solutions.       Develop a entire range keeping in mind the International mainly Europe and Eastern Europe Country`s design trends.       Have to possess latest fashion trend and new concepts of designs.

COMMUNICATING WITH SUPERIORS & UNDERSTANDING THE JOB  REQUIREMENT.

-IMPLEMENTATION OF CHANGES IN DESIGN AS PER CLIENTS SUGGESTION.-ALLOCATING THE DESIGN BASED ON JOB REQUIRMENT.

-BRIEFING THE TEAM MEMBERS ON UPCOMING CHANGES IN DESIGNS.

-PREPARING BASIC CONCEPT LAYOUTS INLINE WITH REQUIREMENTS FROM CLIENTS.

-DESIGN AND DEVELOP BOTH INNOVATIVE AND COMMERCIAL PRODUCT RANGES.

-MAINTAIN DESIGN PROCESS AND REPORT DIRECTLY TO SENIOR WITH DESIGN STATUS AND UPDATES.

-WITH  COORDINATION FROM SENIOR DEVELOP JEWELLERY NEW COLLECTION

- TO DEVELOP DESIGN JEWELLERY CONCEPT INDEPENDENT.
