                 Job Description

Ø  Preparation of All Export Documentation up to Realization Process.

          (Costing, Invoice, Value-Addition, GSP etc.)

Ø  Preparation of Stock Statement Relates to Accounting

Ø  Preparation of MIS Report Regarding Export

Ø  Keeping Track of Export & Import Parcels with the CHA & Concerned Authorities.

Ø  Handling the Banking & Customs Matters regarding Export, Exhibition and Accounts & Maintaining Business Relations with Banking & Customs  Authority.       

Ø  Co-ordination with Client Regarding Export & Import Requirements & To Solve the Problems, Queries through E-mail. 

Ø  Co-ordination with EDP Team Regarding Export & Accounting Package.

Ø  Well Versed with SEZ Online Project for Export- Import Process

     (Project by NSDL Database Management Ltd. (NDML).

Ø  Maintaining the Statements of ECGC.

Ø  Communicating with all Clearing & Forwarding Agent  regarding with Lowest Freight Quotations.
