Our valued client from SEEPZ Mumbai, which is a Jewellery manufacturing unit, requires HR-IR. Candidates should be Graduate.3-5years experience in Jewellery Industry. Male/Female candidates can apply for this post. Candidates from jewellery background are only eligible. Salary will Be 20k-30k Per month. 

                                   JOB DESCRIBTION

        Recruitment, Selection, Development

       Managing the entire Employee Life cycle from Recruitment to Exit including the Induction process

       Independently handling E2E Payroll Processing, Reimbursements, Tracking leaves & absenteeism, Extra Days working

       Working in sync with the employee pulse & resolve their queries, grievances at own level, if needed escalate to the right authority.

       Managing Employee Relations & Grievances Handling

       Induction, Orientation, Joining Process of New Joiners, Personal File Mgmt

       HR MIS Reporting

       Managing Insurance & Mediclaim Reimbursements, handling mediclaim queries, affiliated documentation and follow-ups on reimbursements.

       Labor Laws & handling Statutory Compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity etc.

       Exit Analysis & Exit Process

       Exit Interviews & Relieving Formalities

       Processing Full & Final Settlements of separated staff
